The price was great compared to other products we looked at across multiple stores. The reviews were also good. It's quiet, smooth, responsive, and has worked fine. The Bluetooth speaker is a cool feature, too. We haven't taken it outside yet because it's so cold your toes will fall off if you're outside for more than five minutes. I'm expecting it to operate well on trimmed grass, though (no roots or humps/bumps). Since we didn't get the All-Terrain version I don't expect to be able to shred it outdoors, but it appears to be just what we were looking for: a good quality, introductory hoverboard. Our son could not be happier.
We are very very pleased.
I will be purchasing another one for her twin!
